We have been operating as A.P.A.R.T. in Pennsylvania since 2004. Although we worked as a team for another company since 2001. We have experienced just about every situation imaginable. When we had bad experiences early in our careers, we would sit together and evaluate how our actions played into the tense situations. Our little meetings caused a real evolution in how we deal with irate customers. We now operate in a non-threatening manner which causes less stress for the lien holder and their defaulted customer. In-fact, 70% of these customers are apologetic for making us come to their homes.
